Principal Salesforce Architect (Healthcare SaaS): Designing enterprise Salesforce architecture and domain taxonomy for mission-critical healthcare applications with an accent on business capability modeling, platform integration, and large-scale transformation. Focus on leading Product-to-Cash implementations, defining target-state architectures, and solving complex scalability, security, data integrity, and reliability challenges.

Location: Remote within the United States. Travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices is required for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual or annual meetings.

Salary: $168,000–$187,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Execute the strategic vision for the enterprise architecture practice and drive adoption of Salesforce technical strategy.
• Design target-state architectures, reference architectures, design patterns, technical standards, and architecture decision frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable, and reliable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, assessments, gap analyses, custom development integrations, and data migration elements.
• Partner with data, integration, solution, and domain architects to align platforms, applications, data flows, and business capabilities.
• Research emerging technologies, create proofs of concept, and foster continuous improvement across the architecture discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a senior domain architect or senior enterprise architect, including enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, C4, or ArchiMate.
• Principal-level Salesforce architecture experience in a global organization, including Salesforce Connected Apps and complex B2B SaaS solutions.
• Experience leading at least two large-scale Product-to-Cash implementations covering quoting, contracting, fulfillment, billing, revenue, customer success, and customer support.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and ecosystems including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud or SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, security architecture, data architecture, integration, and business capability modeling skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect certification.
• Experience with managed packages such as Gong, DocuSign CLM, Kantata, Gainsight, Showpad, or Qualtrics.
• Knowledge of generative AI model capabilities and experience using generative AI code assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
