Senior Salesforce Architect (Salesforce)

Location: Remote - US. Remote work includes required travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual or annual meetings.

Salary: $157,600–$175,100 annual base salary, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Architect and continuously improve the end-to-end Product-to-Cash lifecycle on Salesforce.
• Coach engineers and solution designers on Revenue Cloud Advanced, CPQ, billing configuration, and implementation practices.
• Produce high-level designs, low-level designs, conceptual diagrams, architecture roadmaps, and proof-of-concept implementations.
• Define and govern Salesforce platform standards, integrations, data flows, security, and enterprise architecture alignment.
• Architect billing capabilities covering invoicing, billing schedules, payments, dunning, and revenue recognition.
• Identify process and technology gaps, resolve requirements ambiguity, and apply Agentforce and Claude-based solutions where valuable.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience across implementation, configuration, and solution design.
• At least 3–5 years of Salesforce architecture experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced/CPQ and billing platforms.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Product-to-Cash and complex B2B SaaS Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with HLDs, LLDs, conceptual diagrams, architecture roadmaps, cross-system integrations, and Salesforce Connected Apps.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; strong coaching, communication, analytical, security, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
• Experience with Gong, DocuSign CLM, Kantata, Gainsight, Showpad, Qualtrics, or similar managed packages.
• Familiarity with TOGAF, C4, ArchiMate, or other enterprise architecture frameworks.
