What you will do

• Coach and mentor engineers and solution designers on Revenue Cloud Advanced and billing best practices.
• Design and govern the end-to-end Product-to-Cash lifecycle, including quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Produce High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level (LLD) designs and conceptual diagrams for technical and business stakeholders.
• Apply an AI-first mindset using Agentforce and Claude to solve process and technology gaps.
• Partner with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between billing, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate architectural decisions and platform standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience in implementation, configuration, and solution design.
• 3–5 years of dedicated Salesforce architecture experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and CPQ.
• Proven experience architecting complex B2B SaaS Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of billing systems, invoicing, and revenue recognition flows.
• Must be based in the US and able to travel for occasional in-office events.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or C4.
• Experience with managed packages such as Gong, DocuSign CLM, Gainsight, or Qualtrics.
