Location: Charlotte, NC, USA. Employees must be available to work onsite at a client location or hirify.global office as requested; remote work is available when compatible with client and hirify.global needs.

Salary: USD 140,000–200,000 yearly

What you will do

• Partner with clients on cross-functional projects to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across the full SDLC using Agile methodologies.
• Lead technical architecture and delivery for Salesforce implementations, custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
• Design enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and managed packages.
• Design and review integrations with ERP, financial, marketing, identity, and document management systems.
• Define environment strategy, release management, and DevOps processes.
• Contribute to architectural standards, mentor architects and developers, and support technical pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Salesforce platform experience and 5 years of overall technical development experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce architecture experience with Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and implementing solutions at scale for mid-to-large enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, integration patterns, and SDLC best practices.
• Ability to design and optimize complex business processes across distributed enterprise environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Administrator, Application Architect, or System Architect.
• OmniStudio certifications or advanced OmniStudio experience.
• MuleSoft experience or certifications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control strategies, and modern DevOps tooling.
