What you will do

• Design scalable, sustainable, and secure solutions across Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Data 360 Clouds.
• Translate business and channel-partner requirements into technical strategies and Salesforce specifications.
• Lead data modeling, security and sharing, Flow automation, and API integration decisions.
• Guide development teams through full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations and solution delivery.
• Document architecture, maintain technical governance, and reduce technical debt.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate proposed solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience implementing technical solutions, including at least 3 years as a Solution Architect.
• Deep Salesforce expertise covering declarative configuration and programmatic development.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, security and sharing, Lightning Experience, Flows, and API integration patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience supporting business processes and organizational change.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work with systems integrators and contractors.
• Sales and Service Cloud Consultant certification is required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Solution Architect certification with B2B/B2C experience.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification.
