What you will do

• Plan and execute global talent management initiatives covering goal setting, mid-year check-ins, year-end feedback, performance ratings, promotions, and manager effectiveness.
• Coordinate milestones, timelines, communications, stakeholder plans, platform enhancements, and testing requirements across concurrent workstreams.
• Advise regional and divisional stakeholders and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and reporting teams on HCM technology solutions.
• Implement technology enhancements, bug fixes, end-to-end testing, and reporting processes for talent platforms.
• Support regulatory audits, change management, employee and manager engagement, and the creation of learning resources and process guides.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify intervention opportunities, and translate talent strategy into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and large datasets.
• Exposure to automation, AI, digital workflow solutions, HR or talent platforms, system implementations, or operational workflows.
• Ability to manage confidential information, work independently, and build relationships across functions, levels, and regions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and process workflows clearly to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in talent management, talent development, HR analytics, product management and reporting, or project management.
• Experience with HCM technology platforms, UAT, stakeholder feedback, product requirements, and platform enhancements.
• Experience using automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows.
• Knowledge of change management practices and financial services.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
