Project Employee, Talent & Learning Specialist (HR)

Location: New York, USA, with required work from the New York and Secaucus, New Jersey offices four days per week and remote work one day per week.

Salary: $4,807.69–$5,384.61 bi-weekly

What you will do

• Execute and track talent development programs for early- and mid-career employees and people managers across a global audience.
• Build learning collections and pathways using e-learning, in-person learning, social learning, job aids, and external platforms.
• Coordinate stretch assignments, mentorships, sponsorships, and internal career pathing initiatives.
• Support annual performance processes, including goal setting, feedback, performance monitoring, and year-end reviews.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, lunch-and-learns, and action-plan tracking.
• Analyze performance, development, and internal mobility data and translate findings into recommendations for talent process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive experience in HR, HR consulting, training, or talent development.
• Bachelor’s degree or an additional two years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience facilitating learning and development programs at scale for a global audience.
• Experience with employee listening strategies, including full-scale employee surveys.
• Strong Excel, analytical, written, interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives autonomously and working with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Advanced education in I/O Psychology, Adult Learning, Organization Development, or Talent Development.
• Certification in DISC, Hogan, Insights Discovery, MBTI, or similar development tools.
• Interest in applying AI to HR and talent development.
