Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Hybrid role requiring three days per week at the Atlanta–Sandy Springs, Georgia office

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to retain, develop, and engage employees across designated populations.
• Drive HR programs and contribute to department goals, talent strategy, and organizational growth initiatives.
• Develop and update job descriptions, including documentation supporting FMLA status, recruitment clarity, and talent development.
• Advise managers and employees on employment laws, HR policies, employee relations, progressive discipline, and performance matters.
• Manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution, including confidential situations and escalations to senior HR leadership.
• Monitor workforce and talent KPIs, present data to business leaders, and partner with HR centers of excellence on analytics, technology, and career development.

Requirements

• Current experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role, with at least 2 years of HRBP or employee relations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred; equivalent HR experience may be considered.
• Experience with workforce development, culture alignment, and organizational integration.
• Strong employee issue resolution, conflict management, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with senior leaders and learn and work effectively in software systems.
• Ability and willingness to work three days per week from the Atlanta–Sandy Springs office.

Nice to have

• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or another HR-related professional certification.
