What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and employees as a strategic HR advisor, coach, and trusted sounding board.
• Develop and execute people strategies supporting workforce planning, succession management, organizational design, and leadership development.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent planning, learning, wellbeing, and engagement.
• Develop People analytics, metrics, and reporting on turnover, representation, engagement, succession depth, and talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with People Centers of Expertise, People Operations, Legal, and Compliance on HR initiatives and employee experience matters.
• Lead change management, communication planning, employee readiness, culture, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive People/HR experience, including at least 3 years in a client-facing business partner or advisory role.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving organizational change.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business data into People insights.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, and other HR technologies; knowledge of talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and compensation.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• HR or business certifications such as PHR or SPHR.
