Enterprise Talent Management Director

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid schedule allows remote work up to two days per week, or five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.

Base salary: $181,600–$272,400 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise talent management strategy, including talent reviews, potential identification, succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and executive onboarding.
• Own succession planning for critical leadership roles, assess succession risk, and strengthen the leadership bench.
• Design development strategies for high-potential talent, Senior Directors, Executive Directors, Vice Presidents, and other senior leaders.
• Develop executive onboarding, assimilation, coaching, assessment, peer networking, and enterprise learning experiences.
• Advise senior leaders and HR Business Partners on talent strategy, leadership readiness, and organizational capability needs.
• Use talent analytics, workforce insights, external benchmarks, and Workday modules to improve talent decisions and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline initiatives.
• Experience advising executive and senior leadership populations in complex, highly matrixed organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking, consulting, facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, project management, and change management skills.
• Experience or interest in using AI to improve talent management processes.
