Client Manager (Commercial Lines)

What you will do

• Manage an assigned commercial insurance book of business.
• Process renewals, incidental new business, cancellations, audits, endorsements, invoices, and related policy transactions.
• Lead the renewal process, initiate renewal meetings, prepare proposals, and negotiate coverages and premiums with carriers.
• Issue certificates of insurance and create certificate guideline forms.
• Review policy coverages, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
• Coordinate with producers, client executives, accounting, insureds, underwriters, and carriers while reconciling client accounts and supporting account rounding.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• CISR designation or another advanced professional designation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfort with renewal cycles and processes, strong time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Accountability for an assigned book of business and ability to build professional client relationships.
