Project Manager, Senior Associate

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work arrangement with regular office attendance. Employees receive 18 remote workdays per quarter, subject to manager approval.

Base salary: $145,000–$170,000 USD annually, plus potential discretionary annual bonus and other total rewards.

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of strategic projects within enterprise transformation programs.
• Define project priorities, scope, delivery approach, resources, timelines, and system requirements with business teams, technical teams, and vendors.
• Plan and facilitate project discussions, meetings, executive presentations, and decision-making processes.
• Manage project plans, staffing, budgets, dependencies, risks, governance, and delivery against agreed scope and timelines.
• Drive gap analysis, future-state design, requirements definition, testing, and implementation of people, process, data, and technology solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability for solutions that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in project management and process engineering, focused on transformation and change management.
• Experience delivering projects across people, processes, data, and technology using hybrid execution methodologies.
• Business process mapping experience and the ability to translate business problems into implementable solutions with measurable benefits.
• Strong data analysis, critical thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead independently, influence stakeholders at all levels, manage changing priorities, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Financial services experience, particularly in alternatives or private equity.
• Certifications in PMI, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or ADKAR.
