Senior Project Manager, Scrum Master (Healthcare)

Salary: $143,100–$174,900 per year, plus eligibility for variable pay

What you will do

• Lead intake, strategic planning, forecasting, and resource allocation for large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives using Jira and Clarizen.
• Direct multiple high-visibility, complex projects from initiation through delivery while maintaining schedules, budgets, charters, RAID logs, and executive status reports.
• Coordinate matrixed teams across IT, Data Science, DevOps, and business units to align objectives, resolve roadblocks, and facilitate executive steering committees.
• Identify and mitigate enterprise-level risks and lead change management to support operational readiness and technology adoption.
• Champion Iterative Waterfall and Agile methodologies to improve engineering delivery and internal processes.
• Mentor Project Managers and drive continuous improvement across the project management discipline.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience delivering large, complex enterprise technology projects autonomously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of Iterative Waterfall and extensive experience integrating it with Agile frameworks.
• Advanced analytical, strategic planning, problem-solving, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and facilitation skills, including presenting complex project statuses to leadership.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, establish executive trust, and drive results independently.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• PMP or a similar advanced project management certification.
