Senior Project Manager (Financial Services)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in the office

Salary: $185,000–$225,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead discovery, define problem statements, scope, stakeholders, dependencies, constraints, and success metrics.
• Develop solution designs with subject matter experts and evaluate build-versus-buy options with business and technology teams.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, resourcing, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realization.
• Establish governance through status reporting, steering committees, decision logs, and RAID management.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, vendors, milestones, deliverables, and integrated delivery roadmaps.
• Plan testing, UAT, communications, training, rollout, post-launch stabilization, adoption measurement, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15+ years of experience across project or program management and business analysis, with meaningful depth in both disciplines.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional change initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive alignment.
• Experience in asset management or financial services, including work in BAU functional teams and change management.
• Existing United States work authorization without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Process mapping, requirements definition, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM experience.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
