Customer Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Canada or the United States; offices listed in Ottawa, Ontario; Dallas, Texas; and Sunnyvale, California.

Salary: CAD $121,000–$170,000 annual base salary in Canada, or USD $107,982.61–$200,539.13 annual base salary in the United States, plus potential incentive or variable compensation where eligible.

What you will do

• Manage medium-to-large customer projects or programmes involving defined product and service scopes, including complex and higher-risk contracts.
• Plan delivery and coordinate changes affecting cost, scope, schedule, and quality.
• Control project budgets, profitability forecasts, financial plans, KPIs, quality targets, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer relationships, complaints, corrective actions, changing requirements, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate contract management, operational handovers, process customization, and project closure.
• Lead project teams, manage risks and opportunities, support presales activities, and identify contract expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Typically 5–8 years of extensive relevant experience or an equivalent graduate/postgraduate degree.
• Advanced professional expertise in project and customer delivery management.
• Experience managing complex, changing business environments and making autonomous decisions.
• Ability to communicate with customers, vendors, cross-functional stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Cross-cultural knowledge, global mindset, and ability to negotiate operational issues.
