Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist (Clean Energy)

Location: Remote within the United States; 8-hour shift scheduled between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Salary: $17–$21 per hour, plus potential discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Provide customer service by responding to emails and phone calls.
• Handle customer inquiries, perform basic troubleshooting, and recommend solutions.
• Enter, compile, sort, interpret, and verify data and supporting documents in database applications.
• Process rebate-related information while safeguarding confidential customer data.
• Collaborate with other departments to support multiple clients and maintain a customer-centric service experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of related call center experience.
• Proficiency in 10-key data entry and Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a secure, consistent home internet connection are required.
• Ability to work an assigned 8-hour shift between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.
