What you will do
- Resolve hardware, software, application, device, and network support issues for staff and end users.
- Process help desk tickets efficiently, document resolutions, and maintain service-level agreement standards.
- Use diagnostic tools to isolate technical problems and follow up with users until incidents and requests are complete.
- Create training and operational documentation for desktop software, systems, and hardware.
- Coordinate computer hardware, software, and peripheral installations, repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal IT personnel on issues outside the role’s scope of expertise.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of spreadsheet, word-processing, internet, and computer system software.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work promptly and regularly, follow direction, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
- Remote employees must reside in one of the listed U.S. states; this role is identified as Hybrid-Flex in Rothschild, United States.
