Program Integrator (Defense)

What you will do

• Ensure the availability of equipment, materials, hardware, and support resources for assembly, testing, qualification, maintenance, and flight-test missions.
• Manage inventory and maintain accountability of material and support equipment.
• Use mechanical and electrical drawings and bills of materials to request vendor quotes.
• Create purchase requests, follow up with vendors, and maintain delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and project managers to anticipate upcoming requirements.
• Support mission preparation, shipping, return shipping, and travel-based mission support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, science, or business discipline with 3 years of applicable experience; equivalent pathways include an associate degree with 5 years of experience, 7 years of applicable experience, or relevant military training.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to coordinate projects, collect and review technical data, compile statistics, prepare narratives, and maintain audit files for program compliance.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering instructions.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Flexibility with deadlines, changing schedules, competing priorities, and unpredictable events.
