TL;DR
Logistics Integrator (Aerospace): Supporting logistics operations for commercial human spaceflight and orbital infrastructure hardware with an accent on inventory forecasting, hardware allocation, work-order tracking, and flight and ground event scheduling. Focus on coordinating cargo integration, maintaining configuration and documentation controls, and tracking mission-critical milestones across internal and external stakeholders.

Location: Houston, United States; generally office-based, with some inside or outside work depending on the task.

What you will do

  • Forecast inventory requirements for flight, training, and ground-support hardware and support procurement or production planning.
  • Maintain hardware inventory status deliverables, usage forecasts, maintenance intervals, and accountability records.
  • Allocate, verify, and track hardware for flight and ground events using the Inventory Management System.
  • Support work authorization packages, manufacturing and testing activities, work-order closure, and preventative maintenance planning.
  • Coordinate flight hardware manifesting, cargo integration paperwork, pre-delivery readiness reviews, and delivery schedules.
  • Develop planning procedures, maintain configuration documentation, and communicate project status, risks, and schedules to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 0–3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for data analysis, word processing, and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, written, and oral communication skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve problems proactively and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Eligibility for access to export-controlled technical data may require additional U.S. export control screening under NASA regulations, ITAR, or EAR; meeting these requirements is a condition of employment.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required to meet critical project milestones.
