Salary: $64,000–$81,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments of flight hardware, engineering equipment, production materials, demonstrations, and company property.
- Manage carriers, freight forwarders, couriers, customs brokers, and other logistics providers while tracking deliveries through completion.
- Prepare shipping and customs documentation, including values, country of origin, HTS classifications, ECCN information, Incoterms, and commercial invoices.
- Pack, crate, label, receive, and handle sensitive, serialized, ESD-sensitive, and configuration-controlled hardware.
- Maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts and reconciliations, and kit and issue materials according to BOMs, work orders, and production schedules.
- Support production-floor material movement, urgent transfers, events, repairs, temporary exports, and return logistics.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, shipping and receiving, materials, supply chain operations, or a related field, preferably in aerospace, defense, electronics, manufacturing, or another high-reliability industry.
- Experience with domestic and international shipments, customs clearance, freight forwarders, parcel carriers, and transportation providers.
- Knowledge of HTS classifications, ECCN basics, country of origin, Incoterms, commercial invoices, and U.S. trade compliance requirements.
- Experience with receiving, inventory transactions, cycle counts, material issuance, reconciliation, BOMs, work orders, and kit lists.
- Strong organizational, communication, documentation, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
- Ability to work on-site, operate material-handling equipment, stand and bend for extended periods, and lift at least 40 pounds unassisted.
Nice to have
- Experience handling export-controlled hardware and high-value or time-sensitive shipments.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, inventory-management software, ISO 9001, or AS9100 quality systems.
