Senior AWS Developer (Amazon Connect)

What you will do

• Implement complex enterprise solutions using AWS-optimized architectures.
• Design and configure contact center solutions with Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
• Build integrations across multiple systems using REST APIs, Lambda, and related AWS services.
• Work with Solution Architects to translate customer requirements and user stories into technical solutions.
• Lead development teams by distributing tasks, reviewing code, and exercising technical ownership on enterprise projects.
• Deliver technical training and documentation for end users.

Requirements

• Senior-level hands-on programming experience with Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.
• Experience building multi-system integrations and REST APIs, with knowledge of JSON.
• Experience with CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Lambda integrations, and CloudWatch logging.
• Experience implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience architecting and building Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, AWS security, and scalability skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with DynamoDB, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, WFM, CRM, or other contact center platforms.
• Experience with WebRTC, SIP, contact flows, Lex, and contact center routing.
• Advanced AWS and cloud architecture knowledge.
• AWS or Salesforce certifications, including AWS Developer, AWS Solutions Architect, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Platform Developer.
