Software Engineer II/III (Backend Focus)

What you will do

• Design and develop critical backend services, infrastructure components, APIs, and core modules.
• Build and maintain scalable, resilient microservices on AWS.
• Develop distributed systems capable of processing billions of transactions per day.
• Ensure production readiness through performance optimization, observability, stability, deployment, and monitoring.
• Lead software design efforts, contribute to architecture decisions, and influence engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering Managers, and cross-functional R&D teams while mentoring teammates.

Requirements

• Advanced studies or a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Informatics, or a related field.
• Advanced English with fluent communication for collaboration with global teams.
• 2+ years of software development experience for level II, or 4–5+ years for level III.
• Experience building SaaS or cloud-based products, with strong knowledge of microservices and distributed architectures.
• Production experience with Linux or Mac terminals, Git, and modern development workflows.
• Professional experience with at least one backend language, including Python, Java, Scala, Kotlin, PHP, JavaScript/Node, or React.

Nice to have

• Experience with Flask, FastAPI, Celery, SQLAlchemy, or Boto3.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Full-stack development experience with React.
• Open-source contributions.
