Salesforce HLS Principal Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: 100% remote, with the ability to be onsite with prospective clients for sales meetings and proposal presentations and travel up to 25%.

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year, or the hourly equivalent.

What you will do

• Lead pre-sales solutioning for Salesforce products, complex integrations, and client requirements.
• Facilitate design, consulting, and requirements-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and provide strategic solution recommendations.
• Estimate delivery efforts, recommend team structures, and define resource mixes for successful outcomes.
• Support Salesforce solution architecture and collaborate with technical counterparts during build and delivery.
• Lead sales-to-delivery knowledge transfer and support client success, escalations, new engagements, and managed services opportunities.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Salesforce certifications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Consultant, and Health Cloud Consultant.
• Experience across the full systems development life cycle in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud implementations.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
• Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills for business and technical audiences.
