Business Technology Solutions Consultant (Healthcare Data)

Location: South San Francisco, California, United States. Hybrid working model with onsite work at client or hirify.global offices three days per week and remote work two days per week. Travel to global offices and client locations is required as needed.

Salary: $160,000–$177,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technology implementation projects using major cloud platforms to solve complex business problems.
• Design scalable, resilient, and cost-effective technology solutions and enterprise data strategies.
• Manage delivery methodology, timelines, budgets, client satisfaction, and project risks.
• Develop business cases, analytical use cases, dashboards, reports, and insights for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
• Lead, coach, and mentor project team members, including virtual global teams.
• Collaborate with clients, hirify.global experts, and leadership on innovation, thought leadership, and team initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business analytics, computer science, MIS, MBA, or a related field.
• 5+ years of consulting experience leading large-scale technology implementations.
• Experience with payer and provider data, claims, formulary, contracting, pricing, reimbursement, or patient access datasets.
• Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus enterprise data management, advanced analytics, process automation, and application development.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large relational or cloud-based data environments such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift.
• Fluency in English required. Strong communication, storytelling, problem-solving, supervision, coaching, and project management skills are expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar industry platforms.
• Experience delivering projects using agile methodologies.
• Experience analyzing and troubleshooting interactions between databases, operating systems, and applications.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment.
