Business Technology Associate Consultant - Salesforce Life Sciences

Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year

What you will do

• Translate commercial, medical, and patient-services needs into Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Health Cloud solution designs.
• Lead requirements and fit-gap workshops, document process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and communicate technical trade-offs to business stakeholders.
• Design life sciences data models and configuration approaches covering HCP/HCO accounts, affiliations, territories, products, interactions, consent, and channel preferences.
• Shape integrations with customer master data, reference and prescription data, content management, ERP, MDM, and analytics platforms using APIs and MuleSoft.
• Support Veeva CRM migration assessments and incorporate Data Cloud, Einstein, and Agentforce into client solutions.
• Own workstreams through build, testing, validation, deployment, hypercare, adoption, value realization, and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant consulting experience with hands-on Salesforce consulting and implementation experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification; additional Salesforce platform credentials are strongly preferred.
• Experience with healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medtech organizations is preferred.
• Fluency in English and a client-first, collaborative, problem-solving approach.
• U.S. work authorization is required; the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Veeva CRM or Vault CRM and migration planning.
• Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Platform App Builder, or Agentforce credentials.
