Metal Paint Dept Production Supervisor - 1st Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, USA; onsite, 1st shift

What you will do

• Lead and supervise daily metal paint production operations.
• Assign and coordinate work across production teams, supervisors, and departments to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Monitor housekeeping, safety, environmental, productivity, and health and safety standards, taking corrective action when needed.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects in a team environment.
• Prepare department budgets, production reports, and records while enforcing policies and procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance and engineering needs, analyze inventory, and purchase production equipment and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another technical engineering discipline is desired, or 3–5 years of production supervision experience.
• At least 2 years of industry experience.
• Strong leadership, influence, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and manage multiple operations with high integrity.
• Ability to work onsite in Huntsville, Alabama, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
