Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Kulpsville, Pennsylvania, United States. This onsite position requires U.S. Person status for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data.

What you will do

• Manage daily operations, staffing levels, and budget accountability for assigned production departments.
• Ensure safety, product quality, productivity, on-time delivery, and cost performance.
• Train and reinforce workforce skills to meet company and customer production requirements.
• Administer company rules and safety policies and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead communication and collaboration across shifts, departments, and organizational levels.
• Analyze department metrics and guide continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma, SPC, DMAIC, and standard work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least five years of manufacturing experience, including experience leading or directing others.
• Three years of direct supervision experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, metric analysis, and root cause analysis skills required.
• U.S. Person status is required under applicable ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with High Performance Work teams.
• Six Sigma training.
