Manufacturing Supervisor - Forge Finish

Location: Reading, Pennsylvania, United States. Full-time role working rotating three shifts, including weekends.

What you will do

• Provide guidance, direction, and supervision to production employees.
• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities, priorities, schedules, and task completion.
• Address performance issues and employee concerns while maintaining clear shop-floor communication.
• Promote safety policies, operational requirements, quality standards, and a positive work environment.
• Maintain organized, productive work areas and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Identify and resolve operational problems using established processes and sound judgment.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a two-year college degree is preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is preferred.
• Ability to work rotating three shifts and weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, business judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of industrial and manufacturing standards, demonstrated leadership ability, and a results-oriented approach.
• Strong organization, prioritization, teamwork, and resource-coordination skills.
