Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift - Paint (Manufacturing)

Location: Jefferson City, Tennessee, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

Salary: $73,200–$117,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead one or two production areas or processes within the manufacturing facility.
• Coordinate production team activities to support schedules, quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and conduct root-cause analyses to resolve process and product nonconformances.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and appraisals to support team member development.
• Enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards while maintaining tools, materials, records, and documentation.
• Support maintenance and continuous improvement projects, including Kaizen events, value stream mapping, standard work, and process changes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with three or more years of manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to plan and organize projects.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment with exposure to loud noise, dust, moving machinery, temperature fluctuations, and physical activities such as standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
