Customer Success Coordinator - French Speaker (VIE Contract)

Location: Barcelona, Spain — hybrid, with 8 days per month in the office

What you will do

• Manage customer-facing and internal operational activities supporting customer program implementation.
• Deliver platform demonstrations, buyer training, back-office support, reports, data analysis, and presentations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other departments to resolve customer challenges.
• Help customers implement programs, monitor KPIs, achieve strategic goals, and increase solution adoption.
• Lead or contribute to internal process standardization and customer-focused projects.
• Build data models, identify service improvements, and represent customer feedback within hirify.global.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer support or account management experience with large accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Formal education in Supply Chain, Sustainability, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English are required.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, presentation, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Comfort with Google Suite, Salesforce, AI tools, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships, work autonomously, and collaborate in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German, Spanish, or Italian.
• Knowledge of procurement systems or SaaS solutions.
• Education related to Supply Chain, Sustainability, or Business.
