Senior Analyst (Care Operations)

Location: US Remote; compensation range applies to US-based candidates

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 per year, with potential equity compensation

What you will do

• Lead complex analyses across Care Operations, identify trends and root causes, and turn ambiguous business problems into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor Care Operations KPIs to identify risks and opportunities and improve patient and care team experiences.
• Own analytical and operational workstreams, prioritizing issues and driving measurable improvements in growth, efficiency, quality, and care delivery.
• Partner with Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, Customer Support, and Clinical Operations on operational and product improvements.
• Measure the impact of launches, experiments, and operational changes, then drive iteration until performance reaches a steady state.
• Present findings, trade-offs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in operations and/or analytics, preferably at a high-growth direct-to-consumer company or consumer marketplace.
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative inputs to support rapid decision-making and execution in a growing company.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Looker, and Tableau, plus experience using AI tools such as Claude for analysis and data synthesis.
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and changing environment.
