Data Architecture and Insights Analyst (AI)

Location: West Hollywood, California, United States; hybrid schedule with at least 60% of working time at the corporate office

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus plan

What you will do

• Identify and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, and manual inefficiencies across organizational systems.
• Build and maintain structured data tables, datasets, data models, dashboards, and reports in Power BI.
• Support demand planning and commercial finance with forecasting, sell-through, and inventory reporting data.
• Review data sources and workflows across ERP and retail planning platforms, then automate recurring reporting processes.
• Perform validation, reconciliation, visualization optimization, and root-cause analysis to improve reporting accuracy.
• Document data dictionaries and processes while managing concurrent requests with Finance, Demand Planning, IT, and Commercial stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Excel for querying, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, including data modeling and connections across data sources.
• Practical working knowledge of AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude, with the ability to use them critically and iteratively.
• Understanding of database concepts and data pipelines, with strong attention to data accuracy and integrity.
• Must be able to work from the corporate office at least 60% of the time. Strong communication and cross-functional prioritization skills are also required.

• Familiarity with ERP or retail planning systems such as NetSuite or SAP.
• Experience in consumer goods, beauty, or retail.
• Exposure to demand planning, inventory management, or commercial finance data.
