Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States, with required travel to and onsite work at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require. Applicants must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $63,100–$94,650 annually, based on experience.

What you will do

• Coordinate Working on the Business activities for Acute Back End Operations and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Compile and analyze acute back-end scorecards, KPI results, SLA performance, financial metrics, and operational trends.
• Create executive summaries, performance reports, TIPS reporting, presentations, and ad hoc analyses for operational and executive leaders.
• Develop initiative tracking, trending, monitoring, and reporting tools to support management decisions.
• Coordinate operational projects, including plans, scope, schedules, resources, risks, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify operational improvements, registration issues, financial opportunities, and cost-saving measures while verifying data accuracy.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant job experience.
• CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) certification required.
• Proficiency with MS Access and Excel.
• Proficiency with Business Objects and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States and be able to travel for onsite work as required.
