What you will do

• Monitor and resolve software issues via ServiceNow, serving as an escalation point for clients to ensure product satisfaction.
• Utilize SQL to perform complex data analysis, validation, and report creation.
• Assist with new client implementations and upgrades for existing clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data integrity and management practices.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other healthcare regulatory and compliance standards.
• Provide onboarding, training, and technical guidance to junior support staff.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relatable professional experience.
• Must be based in the USA (Remote - Nationwide).
• Associate Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Expertise in SQL and Microsoft products (Excel, Access).
• Professional experience with Azure DevOps and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Familiarity with multiple EMR/EHR systems and general understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM).

Nice to have

• CRCR Certification or other approved job-relevant certification (or willingness to obtain within 9 months).
