Client Analyst

Location: Hybrid from the Pasadena office, United States

Salary: $57,000–$60,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Enter and maintain client data in the agency management system.
• Support insurance renewals using Indio and process policy documentation in EPIC and Passport.
• Issue certificates of insurance, evidence of property insurance, automobile ID cards, and change requests.
• Process endorsements, audits, invoices, cancellations, reinstatements, and policy pre-checks.
• Request loss runs, workers’ compensation claim status, experience modification worksheets, and arrange policy mailing when requested.
• Handle routine correspondence, phone calls, email attachments, word processing, Excel work, and special projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of office or administrative experience and/or training.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the Pasadena office.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Professional, collaborative, respectful, dependable, and self-motivated approach.
• Willingness to gain insurance knowledge.
• College degree preferred.
