Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Location: Eagle, Wisconsin, USA; onsite, 3rd shift

What you will do

• Lead daily third-shift production operations across multiple manufacturing processes and product lines.
• Supervise production employees and coordinate safe, timely, and efficient completion of manufacturing schedules.
• Work with Planning, Purchasing, Materials, Operations Engineering, Quality, Facilities, and other departments to support order execution and parts flow.
• Track production performance, productivity, safety, quality, schedule attainment, and policy compliance through regular reports and data analysis.
• Select, onboard, coach, develop, and manage the performance of production staff.
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities involving safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and inventory.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience leading teams, developing people, or organizing tasks.
• Effective communication, relationship-building, accountability, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean and orderly work environment and comply with facility safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, reach, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system such as Oracle, JD Edwards, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience as a team lead or leading project teams in an operational environment.
