Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Starting base pay: $77,235–$95,408 per year

What you will do

• Directly supervise hourly production team members on the second shift.
• Execute daily production plans, monitor performance against schedule, and recommend capacity or staffing adjustments.
• Set expectations, provide equipment and training support, conduct performance reviews, and address performance issues.
• Coordinate production activities with engineering, scheduling, shipping, inventory control, sales, purchasing, maintenance, and other departments.
• Lead troubleshooting, new product support, 5S and safety activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage inventory accuracy, cross-training plans, safety training, manufacturing systems, and labor processes.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• 1–2 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Two-year associate degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent job experience.
• Ability to maintain production quality, safety standards, performance records, and applicable labor and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP is preferred.
• SAP experience is preferred.
