Production Supervisor-3rd Shift

Location: Selma, TX, United States of America. U.S. Person status is required for authorized access to data controlled under ITAR.

What you will do

• Plan and manage daily operations, staffing levels, and budget accountability for assigned manufacturing departments.
• Train and reinforce workforce skills needed to produce quality products according to company and customer requirements.
• Administer company rules, regulations, and safety policies, including corrective actions when required.
• Lead communication across shifts, departments, and organizational levels while supporting operators and resolving issues.
• Analyze department performance metrics and communicate improvement priorities and individual responsibilities.
• Guide compliance with standard work and improve work instructions, methods, processes, policies, and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least five years of manufacturing experience, including experience leading or directing others.
• Ideally, three years of direct supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement environments is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, metric-driven problem-solving, and analytical skills required.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR requirements.

Nice to have

• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Root cause analysis or Six Sigma training.
• Experience with High Performance Work teams.
• Bachelor’s degree.
