Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, United States; onsite production role

What you will do

• Lead daily activities of assigned production personnel and coordinate resources across production, planning, purchasing, manufacturing engineering, quality, and facilities.
• Drive safe, on-time, cost-effective production while monitoring quality, schedule attainment, productivity, and efficiency metrics.
• Manage workflow allocation, remove operational barriers, and oversee production order release and execution through Team Leads.
• Ensure adherence to standard work, quality instructions, safety procedures, 5S, and visual management practices.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, cross-training, coaching, performance management, and staff development.
• Lead daily management and continuous improvement activities, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience; electronic assembly experience is preferred.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience supporting multiple teams or functions.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing systems, workflow, constraints, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Experience with electronic assembly.
