(USA) Operations Manager - Floor (Fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam's, Wm.Com, HMSC)

Location: Hurricane, Utah, United States; onsite facility role

Annual salary: $84,000–$126,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock or regional pay zone compensation.

What you will do

• Drive and implement the business plan for assigned facility areas, including production, quality, safety, and operational improvement goals.
• Forecast staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with logistics and company quality, safety, and operating standards.
• Supervise associates and leaders by setting direction, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns while building collaborative, high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field plus at least one year of relevant operations, distribution, logistics, or retail experience supervising and developing managers or supervisors; or three years of comparable experience.
• Alternative qualification: at least one year as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager with experience supervising associates, managing workload, and participating in hiring and promotions.
• Experience managing workload and participating in hiring and promotion decisions across multiple departments or areas.
• Successful completion of all required job training and assessments.

Nice to have

• Financial modeling and analysis.
• Workforce issue management, modeling, and forecasting.
• Budget preparation and execution, including P&L accountability.
• Experience supervising associates or working as a Walmart Logistics Manager.
