Operations Manager (Logistics)

Location: San Bernardino Warehouse, United States; onsite

Base salary: $88,000–$110,000 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, manage, and develop 200+ warehouse associates and 4+ salaried managers.
• Own fulfillment-center performance metrics, including receiving, shipping, inventory accuracy, packing quality, CPU, and cost.
• Implement safety, security, loss-prevention, and operational compliance programs, including OSHA requirements.
• Set service-level expectations, report performance, and create action plans to address gaps.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies, defect trends, and root causes to drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Growth and Engineering teams to resolve systemic issues and develop standardized operating procedures.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience managing a team of 4 or more salaried employees.
• Ability to work onsite at the San Bernardino warehouse.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to perform frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 10–12 hours.
• Comfort working in environments with varying noise levels.
