Salary: $88,000–$110,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 200+ associates and 4+ salaried managers.
• Enforce operational policies, safety programs, and security procedures to ensure compliance and minimize inventory loss.
• Own and report on key performance metrics including on-time shipping, receiving, and packing quality.
• Set and uphold strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) expectations for the fulfillment center.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot fulfillment issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze defect rates and inventory accuracy to implement strategic operational enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing a team of 4 or more salaried individuals.
• Physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 10-12 hours per shift.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks including pushing, pulling, squatting, and bending.
• Comfort working in an environment with varying noise levels.
