Operations Manager

Location: On-site at hirify.global’s Washington branch in Lacey, WA

Salary: $96,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee the Washington branch’s Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT, and Facilities departments.
• Supervise branch departments and maintain consistently high customer service standards.
• Ensure the 1-million-square-foot distribution center grounds exceed company standards.
• Support recruitment, talent retention, and employee relations.
• Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or general management.
• Experience supervising personnel.
• Availability for limited overnight travel.

Nice to have

• Warehouse, call center, or sales experience.
