Warehouse Manager (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Santa Ana, California, 2 days per week, and Fullerton, California, 3 days per week; travel up to 50% within the United States.

Salary: USD 65,000–80,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage multiple warehouse productivity and automation projects.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Create standard operating procedures and guide onsite warehouse teams through new processes.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, engineering, and third-party vendors.
• Analyze warehouse layouts, workflows, project data, and performance trends to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in service logistics, warehouse operations, or 3PL operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as WMS/TMS platforms.
• Strong analytical, project planning, organizational, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve complex issues, and work additional hours, weekends, or holidays when needed.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States and work onsite in Santa Ana and Fullerton.
