Operations Manager - Floor (Logistics)

Location: Laurens, South Carolina, United States; onsite at 1050 Vern Cora Rd

Salary: $84,000–$126,000 annual, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses and possible regional pay zone and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Drive and implement the business plan for the assigned operational area, covering production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Forecast staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Maintain compliance with logistics and company quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using independent judgment and cross-functional consultation.
• Supervise and develop associates, leaders, and managers through direction, feedback, training, coaching, hiring, promotion, and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, plus one year of relevant operations, distribution, logistics, or retail experience supervising and developing managers or supervisors; alternatively, three years of relevant experience may qualify.
• Relevant experience must include workload management and participation in hiring and promotion across multiple departments or areas.
• One year as a hirify.global Logistics Area Manager may also satisfy the experience requirement.
• Successful completion of all required job training and assessments.

Nice to have

• Financial modeling and analysis, workforce issue management, modeling and forecasting, budgeting, or P&L accountability.
• hirify.global Logistics Manager experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, logistics, management, or operations management.
