Senior Proposal Coordinator

Location: Hybrid, multiple locations; Chicago, Illinois. Periodic travel to headquarters, field offices, client offices, work sites, and other project-related locations may be required.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate hirify.global’ industry event calendar, attendee registrations, sponsorships, exhibit spaces, communications, and planning.
• Lead proposal coordination for resumes, project summaries, technical write-ups, forms, and other required content.
• Perform proposal compliance reviews and participate in color reviews.
• Support or lead proposals under the direction of a proposal manager.
• Maintain the master library of proposal data and monitor marketing and proposal inboxes.
• Pack and ship event materials and support other marketing activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with LMS system migrations required.
• Ability to organize resources, apply logical thought processes, solve issues, and meet commitments.
• Ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders and develop customer partnerships.
• Ability to uphold standards of integrity, accountability, respect, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
