Marketing Lead

Location: Denver, CO, USA; in-office five days a week

Salary: USD 85,000–100,000 yearly, plus targeted annual bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Lead complex marketing projects from planning through implementation, coordinating schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, monitor risks and dependencies, and maintain quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Develop and coordinate marketing content and communications across web, email, print, digital advertising, social media, and point-of-sale channels.
• Collaborate with field teams, vendors, agency partners, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver campaigns.
• Provide guidance, informal mentorship, onboarding support, and subject matter expertise on marketing programs, systems, and processes.
• Improve workflows, document best practices, track operational metrics, and communicate campaign results and recommendations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, marketing operations, project management, or a related field.
• Experience leading marketing projects involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, vendors, and business partners.
• Experience supporting integrated campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in multifamily housing, real estate, property management, hospitality, retail, or another customer-focused industry.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, content management systems, and digital advertising tools.
• Experience with campaign reporting, performance analytics, workflow documentation, and process improvements.
• Project management, Agile, or related professional certifications.
