Apparel Sales Representative (Northwest Louisiana)

Location: Northwest Louisiana, covering Bossier, Caddo, and DeSoto Parishes; candidates must live within or near the territory and regularly travel throughout it. Hybrid outside-sales work takes place from a home office, at local schools, community events, and in-person client meetings. Evening, weekend, local, and occasional overnight travel may be required.

What you will do

• Plan and prospect for territory sales across Northwest Louisiana.
• Conduct consultations and fittings with coaches and athletes.
• Promote apparel and related products through a consultative selling approach.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide feedback on style and fit.
• Meet or exceed territory sales goals, forecast sales cycles, and develop solutions to customer needs.
• Travel to appointments within the territory and recruit for summer camp brands.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, generate leads, and follow through.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new technology.
• Knowledge of the cheer and dance industry, with willingness to learn product construction, technical details, and pricing.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of experience in an administrative support role; industry experience is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business education, or a related field.
• Industry experience.
