Sales Associate III (Luxury Retail): Delivering personalized luxury-fashion shopping experiences, driving sales, and supporting Coach store operations with an accent on clienteling, styling, omni-channel selling, and visual merchandising. Focus on building repeat-customer relationships, meeting sales KPIs, processing transactions and inventory, and adapting service across busy retail periods.
Location: Metairie, Louisiana, USA (Lakeside - Coach); onsite retail role
Base pay range: $15.00–$19.25

What you will do
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow brand styling and service standards.
- Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and follow-up.
- Drive individual and store sales through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and social selling.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, customer data, and short-form video platforms to support repeat purchases.
- Process purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups, and other daily transactions.
- Support inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising, cash wrap, stockroom organization, and asset protection procedures.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors, with strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile devices, including iPad or laptop-based tools; ability to use a walkie-talkie and read price or release sheets.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, manage multiple customers, and work nights, weekends, public holidays, peak season, and other high-traffic days.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, and climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
