Senior Talent Partner (Gaming)

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and closing.
• Recruit for Technology and Media Services roles, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, PMO, software and data engineering, and AI, as well as G&A functions.
• Advise hiring managers, Global Lead Talent Partners, and executive leadership on market trends, compensation, talent competition, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Develop creative, data-driven sourcing strategies and build pipelines for complex and specialized roles.
• Improve candidate and stakeholder experiences while helping lead the local Austin Hub recruiting experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and provide regular recruiting metrics and progress reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience across diverse corporate functions.
• 2+ years of experience hiring technical talent in the Austin market.
• Experience recruiting for high-growth teams across technical, general administration, and technology functions globally.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic priorities in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and senior-level influencing skills.
• Experience with Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system.
