Salary: $125,000 - $145,000

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across various functions, with a specific focus on GTM roles, from intake to close.
• Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies including talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and community-based sourcing.
• Audit and transform recruiting workflows by embedding AI tools to eliminate manual tasks and scale operations.
• Optimize the Greenhouse (ATS) ecosystem and lead the strategy for any future recruiting tech migrations.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on role design, competency definition, and interview architecture.
• Build and maintain data-driven recruiting dashboards to identify bottlenecks and drive evidence-based decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced tech environments.
• Proven track record of recruiting for GTM roles.
• AI-native builder mindset with experience designing intelligent workflows and automations.
• Expertise in running high-velocity, outbound-heavy operations.
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to leadership.
• Must be located in one of the specified US states.
