Strategic Talent Lead (AI)

Location: Fully remote within AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI. Candidates in Eastern and Southeast states are prioritized based on business needs.

Salary: $125,000–$145,000 annually, plus equity stock options. Final compensation is adjusted based on work location, experience, skills, certifications, and other factors.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across functions, from intake through close, maintaining quality, speed, and candidate experience standards.
• Develop sophisticated sourcing strategies using talent mapping, competitive intelligence, community sourcing, and warm pipelines.
• Advise hiring managers and senior leaders on role design, competencies, interview architecture, offer strategy, and decision-making.
• Manage and optimize Greenhouse to maintain data integrity, pipeline visibility, and accurate reporting.
• Audit recruiting workflows and build AI-enabled automations for job descriptions, interview kits, feedback synthesis, offer comparisons, and pipeline analytics.
• Build dashboards, identify recruiting bottlenecks, test hypotheses, and lead continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced technology environments.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience across an organization, including required recruiting for GTM roles.
• Experience with high-velocity, outbound-focused recruiting, from cold outreach to complex leadership searches.
• AI-native builder mindset with the ability to ship automations and design intelligent workflows.
• Strong systems thinking, data-driven judgment, strategic partnership, and leadership communication skills.
• Ability to coach hiring managers on interviewing, bias mitigation, and rigorous decision-making.
