Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Gaming)

What you will do

• Advise hiring managers and executive leaders on market trends, compensation, and competitive talent landscapes.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition creation and sourcing through offer negotiation and closing.
• Build data-driven sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for complex roles in engineering, product management, design, and art.
• Conduct intake meetings and candidate screenings, and guide hiring teams on interviewing and selection practices.
• Improve recruiting processes, tools, and best practices while maintaining accurate ATS records and recruiting reports.
• Represent the company brand when engaging active and passive candidates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in gaming, technology, or high-growth entertainment.
• Successful experience hiring for technical, product, or leadership roles in competitive markets.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted passive-candidate engagement.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using recruitment data such as time-to-hire, source-of-hire, and conversion rates.
• High proficiency with applicant tracking systems and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
